Pick a specimen from the tray, or paste one.
1 Find a specimen to load onto the bench proteins, antigens, and genes from live databases
2 Search the bench for a test to run searches the lab's own experiments, not databases

Add a specimen

Paste a DNA/RNA sequence or a protein antigen.

Universal database search

Search live scientific databases — proteins & structures (UniProt / NCBI / AlphaFold / InterPro / PDB), small molecules & lipids (ChEMBL), RNA families (Rfam), pathways (KEGG) and interactions (STRING). Pull any protein straight onto the bench.
Type a query and press Search. Protein hits get a ↓ load into lab button that fetches the sequence and puts it on the bench, ready to run any test.

Test Marketplace

Discover new analyses, verify each against a known input, then add it to the bench as a real station. Nothing is downloaded or executed — every test binds to a vetted, source-cited Nucleora endpoint.
